Travel doesn’t have to mean letting go of routines that support your energy.
When there’s a kitchen, I keep it simple and non negotiable. At least two meals cooked, fast and without overthinking it. This 10 minute high protein soup is one of my go to options. Easy ingredients, real food, and enough protein to keep energy steady so the rest of the day can be enjoyed.
