Thee Estie Educator
Founded by Thee Fuzzless Peach Skincare Studio®.
Thee Fuzzless Peach Pro Academy™ is not just an educational platform, it's a place where industry professionals have a passion for care that translates into your business as knowledge, profit and technique.
Retail Therapy 101: How To Sell Without The ICK! is not a ChatGPT generated course full of generic sales tips, obvious scripts, and cute little motivational phrases that still leave you wondering what to actually say when a client is standing in front of you.
This ebook teaches you the how.
It teaches you how to connect retail to your client’s real concerns, how to make product recommendations without feeling pushy, how to explain the value of homecare in a way that actually makes sense, and how to use retail as a tool for better client results and more breathing room in your business.
Because when you understand how to sell without the ick, retail stops feeling like pressure and starts becoming one of the easiest ways to support your clients, your income, your slow seasons, and your confidence behind the chair.
Big milestone for Thee Estie Educator and this beautiful community. 🍑✨
I officially completed my educator certification through Milady, which is one of the most recognized educational institutions and curriculum leaders in the beauty industry. This is a huge deal because it strengthens the way I teach every single thing inside Thee 🍑 Pro Academy.
My mission has never been about teaching technique alone. I teach beauty pros how to actually think in the treatment room, understand skin beyond the surface, make educated correlations, communicate with confidence, strengthen retail confidence, and create luxury client experiences that build trust and long-term loyalty.
For everyone who learns from me, this means the resources, trainings, lives, and mentorship I create are now supported by an even stronger educational framework rooted in real teaching methodology—not just personal opinion or “this worked for me” advice. That means what you’re learning is designed to help the information truly click, stick, and translate into real-world application behind the chair.
Long term, this is also a major credential for the legacy I’m building as an esthetics educator. It opens bigger doors for speaking, curriculum development, professional partnerships, and leadership opportunities that continue to raise the standard of beauty education.
Thank you for growing with me and trusting me to pour into your journey as a beauty professional. We are only getting sharper, smarter, and more impactful from here. 🍑
I may not have HS but that isn’t going to stop me from advocating, educatingN and training about Hidradenitis Suppurativa and other auto immune and auto inflammatory conditions that beauty pros see in their treatment rooms daily.

Monday Mantras. Just keep going.
From the time I was little, my body hair stuck out like a sore thumb.
Dark. More. Everywhere.
Even before I fully understood what made me feel “different,” I knew. I noticed it when I looked down at my legs. I noticed it standing next to other girls. I noticed it during sleepovers, gym class, pool days, and all of those moments where you suddenly become hyper aware of your body.
While everyone else seemed carefree, I felt exposed.
I remember feeling embarrassed long before I was old enough to even have the language for why. My leg hair came in thick, dark, and fast, and it felt impossible to keep up with. It was not just something I noticed either. Other people noticed too.
Growing up, I was called “gorilla legs.”
Elementary school. High school. Kids can be incredibly cruel, and those words stayed with me far longer than they ever should have. What may have been a passing joke to someone else quietly became something I carried for years. I dreaded shorts. Dresses. Swimming. Anything that made me feel too seen.
At the time, I had no idea there was likely a deeper hormonal story unfolding in my body. What we once called PCOS and now know as PMOS can often show up through excessive hair growth, hormonal shifts, and symptoms that make you feel disconnected from your own body. Back then, I just thought something was wrong with me.
And if you have ever struggled with unwanted hair growth, then you know this is about so much more than hair. It touches confidence. Femininity. Self esteem. Comfort in your own skin.
Truthfully, I think those experiences shaped why I care so deeply about what I do now. Because as an esthetician who specializes in waxing and skin, I do not look at someone and see “too much hair.” I see the younger version of someone who may have spent years feeling embarrassed or misunderstood.
Waxing was never just about hair for me. It was relief. It was confidence. It was finally feeling comfortable in my body.
So if this is your story too, please know something I wish someone had told younger me:
You are not gross. You are not less feminine. You are not broken.
And you are absolutely not alone.
Perfection isn’t what’s holding you back.
Inconsistency is.
And if I’m being real with you…
it’s not just inconsistency in posting.
It’s inconsistency in ex*****on.
Because I know some of you are investing in education…
buying the guides, saving the posts, bookmarking the trainings…
…but then not actually applying a single thing.
So now you’re sitting there wondering why nothing is changing.
Here’s the shift:
Education doesn’t work just because you bought it.
It works because you use it consistently.
The estie who wins isn’t the one with the most information.
It’s the one who:
– takes one concept
– applies it immediately
– repeats it until it becomes second nature
That’s how you go from “I learned something”
to “I’m making money from this.”
Because consistency compounds:
In your content
In your client experience
In your retail conversations
In how you show up as an authority
Not perfection. Not overthinking. Not waiting.
If you’re going to invest in yourself…
then actually back that investment up with action.
Otherwise, you’re just collecting information and calling it growth.
✨ Save this for the days you feel stuck after “learning everything”
✨ Share this with an estie who keeps buying but isn’t applying
And if you’re ready to stop sitting on information and start executing like a business owner, my resources aren’t just here to teach you… they’re built to make you move.
Comment “PEACH” and I’ll send you exactly where to start 🍑
