Great article on the Benefits of Sunshine.
Science has proven that our bodies need vitamin D preferably from the sun to function properly. It also prevents many diseases including cancer, type 1 diabetes, MS just to name a few.
As always the key is not to burn but to start slowly and gradually allow your skin to adapt to sun exposure.
