When living holistically what’s the first thing that comes to mind? I find people’s initial answer to do with food and product, right?

While of course this is correct (your laundry detergent is killing you), and everyone’s holistic practice is different — it almost feels like somewhere along the way being healthy and keeping balanced cortisol levels meant : spending too much money on weird snacks, buying red lightbulbs, and going to retreats that a friend of mine would’ve flipped tables at.

It was a tremendously hard, rewarding, ego death of a year.

Tbh I walked away from myself a time or two amongst the chaos, and although disappointment lingers, there’s a lot of lessons I had to learn and be reminded of. & for that we stay thankful.

🥂 to 2026; the year of the snake. To friendship. To love. To lessons. To consequences. To reward. To coming back to self. & gratitude for it allllll.
