Hi, I’m Cady!

I’ve never really done an intro post about me, figure it’s about time! I’ve been a Massage Therapist for 15 years, I enrolled in 2008 wanting to learn a skill after being laid off during the recession. At the time, I thought it would be a side hustle, but after another layoff I took it as an opportunity to be a full time Therapist. And I’m soo glad I did! I first started working at the Canebrake Resort - this is where I would learn Ayurvedic treatments. Ayurveda was fascinating to learn, how to bend and adjust to the seasons of the year and seasons of life. That change is inevitable and how to work with it to make it work for you. I then started working for Spa Southern Hills and learning how to be in more of a leadership role. Learning to hone my craft, understand the world of spa and massage, I also made life long friends along the way. I branched out on my own in 2019, the high achiever I am wanted to challenge myself to running my own business. Another decision I’m so glad I made! While it came with its own set of challenges and learning curves, going to work everyday is something I’m very thankful for. Getting to make meaningful connections with my clients, having a positive impact on their life brings me so much joy. Outside of work I like to go hiking, kayaking, puzzling, watching spooky movies and being tormented by my adorable cats.

And today, it feels good to be a little bit back to normal. As a lifelong Tulsan , I’ve seen some wild storms. This one, this was scary. Every day that goes by gets a little better. I hope today is a little better for you too. 🖤
