Ombre Powder Brows: Is a semi permanent makeup procedure performed with a tattoo machine using a fine needle to deposit pigment into the epidermis layer of the skin. Perfect for those who always desire a filled makeup look; it can be done in different densities to create a bold or natural brow. Done on any tule of skin; the tails are done darker and fade as you get closer to the head of the brow. (This can also be done for the fellas 👨🏽)
