The owner operates this business while also working full-time as a 🚁 Flight Medic, providing emergency medical care. Hydration appointments are scheduled when he is not flying and serving the community in that role.

💧 We truly appreciate the support from our amazing clients and everyone who understands the dedication it takes to balance emergency medicine and running a small business.

📞 Unfortunately, we have recently received several rude and disrespectful phone calls about availability.

⚠️ We will not tolerate disrespect.
We treat every client with kindness and professionalism, and we expect the same in return. Anyone who chooses to be rude or disrespectful will not be provided services.

📅 To make scheduling easier and avoid confusion, clients will be asked to use our booking link moving forward. This shows our real-time availability and helps us manage appointments fairly.
