Southern Wind
Two Coyotes on a cliffs edge surrounded by Hummingbirds and Morning Glory magic.

For the past couple of years I had attended a healing circle. Along this journey while praying to the four directions and amongst the amazing soul sisters in this circle… the idea for this painting was born.

I saw purple skies with hummingbirds from different parts of the Americas swirling around these two Coyotes resting on stone.

This has been a different experience from other paintings in my series, involving deeper bits of my spirituality into the process. I don’t always dive deep on this subject with you all, but for this one, today, during this moment in time where everything feels upside down in the world.. I just felt like sharing a little bit more about Southern Wind.
