These sweet young ladies🥰
I had the privilege of having them in the Summer TEEN LIFT sessions. They worked so hard, had a little fun and gained some 💪 for their respective sports. 📣🥎
You don’t have to be an athlete to train tho! Instilling healthy habits at a young age, especially for young females, is so important to help them navigate these next several years that can bring uncertainty and to help remind them they can do hard things! They will always have a place in my heart!❤️
And a BIG thank you to their mommas for trusting me with their most precious people. 🙏
This is definitely coming back next Summer and maybe even sooner!🤭
My turn to show up for myself.

My turn to get stronger, feel better, and choose me for once.

And that’s a wrap! I don’t ask the early birds for pictures but they showed up too. ☺️
I finished my last class here today and my heart is full of gratitude for this opportunity. It is full of gratitude for those that took a chance on me. It is full of gratitude for the support I have received at home and from my family and friends. Thank YOU for believing in me! Now buckle up because we’re about to LEVEL UP!🪜
