Now the berry. Deep purple fruit on stems that turn red as it ripens. Alberto read the color the traditional way, as a sign for the blood: a nourishing fruit. Leigh Arnoldy added one more picture: those clusters on branching red stems look like the alveoli, the tiny air sacs at the far end of the lungs. That look is why so many people have elderberry in mind for coughs and winter bugs.

If you have a business website and add a robots.txt file to your website, and set to Disallow, Meta can't use AI web crawlers on your site. This is easier than removing all of your links. Plus Meta is going to access your website at some point anyway, so better to just block them entirely!

Angel Skin 
Facial Cleanser and Exfoliator 

This formula is a facial cleanser that contains no soap or harsh chemicals. It relies on gentle exfoliation from ground almonds and the oil-pulling ability of kaolin clay, plus essential oils, organic lavender buds, vegetable glycerine for added moisture, and my all-natural radish root preservative I commonly use in my products. Clay comes as a powder and is mixed with a little water to create face masks. In this recipe, the clay becomes milky, and you wash it off as you would any other cleanser. It works beautifully and is ideal for people with oily or acne-prone skin.

Use this product by taking a pinch in your hand and mixing it with a little water to release the "almond milk". The milkiness you’ll see comes from the kaolin clay, and rubbing it on feels gentle and slightly scrubby. It’s gentle enough for most skin types and will leave your face feeling bright and silky smooth. Rinse thoroughly after washing and rinse the sink after as well.

You can use this a few times per week. Discontinue if your skin starts to feel irritated at any point.
