Heal the Hairdressers has officially launched with our first in-salon workshop!

The .house.salon team enjoyed a private sound bath meditation and learned an easy breathwork technique for when things get a little hectic behind the chair.

Sound healing is an easy and relaxing way to drop into a meditative state and reset your nervous system. This reduces stress and anxiety and allows the body to reset energetically.
