Started the morning with a lash appointment at Barb (because even business owners need a little self-care 💕), then headed to Melbourne Women Rock to connect with some incredible women in business.

One of my favorite parts of being a small business owner is the relationships that come from it. Supporting each other, collaborating, sharing ideas, and celebrating one another's success is what makes our local community so special.

There's enough room for all of us to grow, and I'm grateful to be surrounded by so many amazing entrepreneurs.

Owning a small business isn't just a job—it's part of who you are.

Some days it's patient appointments. Other days it's answering messages, creating content, restocking supplies, taking classes, or planning what's next.

I never thought I'd wear my own logo.

It started with a vision and a dream ✨️

Today, I'm putting on scrubs with Thrive & Glow Wellness embroidered across them.

It's easy to see a logo. What's harder to see are the sacrifices behind it. The long days, late nights, countless trainings, self-doubt, and every leap of faith it took to get here.

This shirt is a reminder that betting on yourself is scary... but it's also worth it.

A huge thank you to for bringing my vision to life. The craftsmanship is incredible, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out.

Every time I put these on, I'm reminded why I started.
