If you aren’t quite ready or just don’t want to have a meat free diet you can start with a meat free meal.

💡With this hot weather a light lunch is perfect to fuel you but not make you feel fatigued & sluggish.

🥗A hearty salad is easy to throw together & you can pack it with fruits & veggies that cater to your palate. Salads don’t have to be boring. You can mix fruits, veggies, nuts and can enhance taste with different dressings.

🍓Here’s a meatless & meat version of the same salad. It was light but filling at the same time.

* Switch from lemon to lime juice (or use BOTH) fresh is best for either. Both citrus fruits are great flavor companions to ginger and give the tea a hint of vitamin C. 🍋
