It has been 20 years since Ciao Bella has been in the Kempsville area. It has been a wonderful 20 years, but it is time for the owners to downsize. All stylists have now merged with Ciao Bella‘s sister store Stiletto hair studio located at 369 Independence Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462..
We will continue to offer great services from our wonderful stylists. We look forward to seeing you there.
