👀 I know what you’re thinking… “My skin has some redness, so that means I need full coverage foundation for my wedding day makeup”.

➡️ The answer? Not necessarily—here’s what you need 👇🏼

👉🏼 First and foremost—after skin prep, you need color corrector! I choose the corrector color based off your skin tone and the tone of the redness.

👉🏼 Fuller coverage on the areas with the most redness (I like to use a thin layer of full coverage concealer or mix this with your color corrector).

👉🏼 Light/Medium foundation coverage all over to provide extra coverage without being cakey. This also makes everything cohesive and ensures your face matches your neck and chest!

I bet you couldn’t even tell our gorgeous bride Myranda had some redness in her skin while watching the first video!

☀️ Let’s talk TANS ☀️ If you want to look like a sun kissed goddess on the wedding day, then I HIGHLY recommend you come to your trial with a spray tan!

❓Why is this important you ask❓

👉🏼Just swipe to see the difference between this gorgeous bride’s trial vs. her wedding day!

Her makeup looks beautiful with or without the tan—BUT if your goal is to a bronzed goddess ✨ on the wedding day and you know you’ll be getting a spray tan or naturally will be tanner, then it’s important to arrive at the trial with a tan.

If I was to use the same contour/bronze/blush/eyeshadow shades that I used on the wedding day at her trial, she woulda been on oompa loompa status 🍊 and that’s not a cute look 🙅🏻‍♀️

In order for you to get the most accurate vision at your trial for how your makeup will look on the wedding day, you should go ahead and book that spray tan 😌

➡️ CONCLUSION: If all your inspo photos have a tan that is 2-3 shades darker than your current skin-tone, then book yourself a spray tan about 3 days prior to your trial!
