6 Healthy Habit ALL Women Should Have:

1. Visit a naturopathic doctor and get blood levels checked regularly. Often times, we are low on energy or gaining weight because we are deficient in specific nutrients. Annual blood work will keep you in the loop.

2. Get facials. Your face is the first thing people see. Instead of guessing and buying various products, just take care of it by using organic-based products and getting facials regularly.

3. Have a morning and evening routine. Stretch every day- Keep your joints and muscles healthy.

4. Declutter! Your environment plays a massive role in how you feel. Why keep things around that is not of value to you?

5. Get rid of waste and toxins in your body by getting a colonic at least once a year.

6. Get Therapy. Deal with your issues head-on so you can step into your fullest potential.

How many of these 6 things do you currently do? Comment below!

Often women turn to makeup to cover and smooth out skin tone, blemishes, and wrinkles. We have forgotten the old adage of “you are what you eat” as we scramble to stay young and beautiful.

Don't get me wrong, I love makeup, but if your insides are dehydrated and missing certain nutrients, you will never see the full potential of your beauty.

Your skin, hair, and nails will flourish more with fruits, veggies, minerals, and water than any product you can get from Sephora.

What you are digesting not only deals with food, but what are we digesting in what you listen to, your environment, and who we surround ourselves by!

Are we listening or watching shows that feed into negativity and hatred. These are things I want you to ask yourself today!

Comment below if you know you could do a better job of consuming better things! Both food and surroundings!

Lately, so many women have talked to me about the struggle of finding a work-life balance. So today I wanted to share some of my tips:

1. Have a schedule first and foremost. As the saying goes, when you fail to plan, plan to fail. This allows you to figure out your priorities and not get overwhelmed. I love incorporating several colored highlighters when creating my schedule.

2. Go to bed on time. Getting adequate sleep to have the energy to take care of the things you need to take care of those items on your to-do list.

3. Make time for yourself. For me, it's listening to an audiobook; for others, it may be watching their favorite show. Reward yourself for your hard work

I don't know if you struggle with but I know I have....BUILDING CONFIDENCE. It was a journey to learn how to be a confident woman and at times, we ALL struggle with it.

But here's my advice:

1. Visualize your higher self and start showing up as her.
If you don’t like something about yourself don’t complain about it, take the necessary actions to change it. Example: If you are unhappy with your weight seek a nutritionist.

2. Go to therapy. It's important to unpack past hurts, traumas or bad habits. Most of the time, you can't do it alone. Seek professional health.

3. Exercise. Not just to looks good, but to FEEL GOOD. Exercise regularly, it's great for your long term health.

4. Eat nutritious foods – did you know that eating highly processed foods can have a negative impact on your mood?

Comment below if you're a CONFIDENT woman!

And if you struggle with confidence, tell me why!

As I grow into the woman I'm meant to be, I realize how important SELF-CARE is. In order to balance all the hats we wear, we have to make time for ourselves.

Here are my 3 tips for self-care:

1. Get Massages - We hold a lot of stress and tension in our bodies... release that... on a regular basis. It's a great stress reliever.

2. Get Enough Sleep - Our bodies can't function properly when we aren't getting enough sleep...you need at least 7 hours of sleep each night!

3. Create Routines - Routines help us stay structured and ensure that we are starting and ending our days correctly. I have a morning routine, lunch routine, bedtime routine, etc.

How are you doing in the self-care department? Have any tips or questions?

Every day we all have a choice of what we do with our time. Every year we look back and reflect on all the good we've done and all the things that we didn't get a chance to do....

Goal setting is a great way to make sure that each year, we are progressing and getting closer to our long term goals (whatever that might be)

One thing that I've found helpful is surrounding myself with inspiration. Whether that be people, reading inspiring books, listening to inspiring podcasts etc.

Right now, my biggest inspiration is

Myleik Teele made it big by learning and working hard. Great reminder of the success you can achieve if you do the work, be consistent, discipline yourself, and know what YOU want out of life. “Learn More to Earn More “

Happy Monday! This morning I want to share 1 of my favorite quotes by Bob Marley....

"In the abundance of water, the fool is thirsty"

This is a great reminder to take advantage of what's in front of you.

Knowledge from The Elders, Traditionalists, and so many online and library resources available. Still, the fools are thirsty.....

But as the saying goes, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't force it to drink."

What's your favorite quote?
