Holding space today for anyone who is missing their mother. For those of us who would give anything for one more hug, one more conversation, one more moment.

My mother was my first heartbreak…but also my greatest teacher. My biggest cheerleader. My angel, my guide, and my eternal muse. I chose her, and I am endlessly grateful that she chose me too.

Some years, the grief is quiet—a soft ache I can hold. And then there are the years when it feels unbearable, when the missing takes over everything. If you know that feeling, if you carry that kind of love and loss in your bones, I see you. I’m sending love to your heart, wrapping it in warmth and tenderness.
