"Get MY Body Right This Time!" was created by a mom who ballooned from 190lbs to 220lbs, after birthing 4 kids in 5 years. Following the birth of her twins, more than 11 years ago, she has been trying to lose weight, on and off unsuccessfully. It’s Saturday Boot Camp time! We’re all getting It’s snatched! 🙌🏾
The glow-up wasn’t temporary. 5 years later, still that girl.✨
🌟No matter how many ups and downs I have on this journey, I always learn something new each time that helps me improve and become better.
It’s a skill I keep getting better at with every experience.
I know exactly what I’m doing when I’m gaining weight 🥹 (because sweets are just that good 😋), and my coach taught me how to take it off—track my macros and enjoy the foods I love in moderation.
Now, do I always listen and follow directions? 😬 Not exactly.
But one thing about me: I will never quit. I’ll keep learning my body, keep adjusting, and keep doing what has consistently worked for me—tracking my macros.
Because it’s easy to do… and just as easy not to. 😑

I’m definitely going to be “Clocking It” for the next 30 days 🥹! My coach is raising the stakes in the gym’s for the next 30 days.
If we do not lose the weight we agreed on, we have to contribute $20 to the challenge pot. The pot will then be split among everyone who DOES reach their goal! 🤗🏆
It’s some nice money 💰 at stake. 📣Root me on yall! 😬🤗
Off to the gym, I go! No rest days around here. 💪🏾

I love going AWAY in vacation!

Today, I’m feeling weak…. probably just not in the mood to workout! 🥹I typically feel like this when I workout alone..most of the time. 😑
✨I’m so happy that I have a trainer and gym community that pushes me and inspires me to do and be my best. 💪🏾 The best investment on myself ever!
Cuz….THIS workout should not have taken this long. 😝
But, I’m happy I did it! Although, it definitely wasn’t my best.
