*JOB SHADOWING*
Hi, here’s a 4 year old picture of me 😂 doing what I love! The real point though is to share what’s on my heart!
I’m learning so much these past few months and my inner fire is being fueled with the simple fact that I know I’m growing! That can be hard to say when you’ve been in the same profession for over 15years. I see it all the time, we get comfortable, years go by and we may even become complacent. Im here to tell you, you can still choose growth, choose more education and ways to fuel your fire! Honestly it’s always right there waiting for you! Sure, life is busy and ever evolving so it can’t always be sunshine and growth. It’s about knowing when to rest and when to rage! Rest is equally as important as the points I hope to convey today.
Where I’m at in my career however, is ready to “rage” but mostly ready to give back. To teach, to mentor, and to continue to evolve. I anticipate this to be a slow ongoing process with good and bad days, like anything else. So, step one, being vulnerable and manifesting the life I want. I’m super interested in teaching more classes either in salon or at our local academy again. But I’d like to also share the opportunity to job shadow with me. For anyone out there unsure about where they are currently working, or going to work, or just curious about an opportunity for change, come see how we do it! Every salon is quite different and I think being able to shadow and really take the time to find the right fit is something that will greatly benefit all involved! Even if it’s not with me, you should be asking your future employer for this experience. I hope to have inspired even one person through this post, and please share if it made you think of anyone special in your life who could use a little encouragement! Xo
