Botox aftercare 💉

Hand off - There are tiny holes in your skin after injections and bacteria can still get in and cause breakouts.

Sun exposure/heat - causes breakdown and your results won't last as long. We want your tox to LAST.

Exercise - You can sweat out your tox after getting it done, wait at least 24-48 hours to exercise.

SPF - Protect your skin, protect your results.

Stay Upright - Your tox can move shortly after it's been placed, laying down can cause migration into other muscles. I also recommend avoiding hats 24 hours after your appointment because it can push your forehead botox down and drop your brows.

Zinc - A study has shown taking internal Zinc can prolong your results, again we want them to LAST.

Active skincare - Just like other procedures, avoid actives around your tox appointment to avoid complications.
