SURVIVING PUNTA CANA🌊🌴🍍😪

Kas and I went to Punta Cana last week. In hopes of having a fairly relaxing trip. We arrived Tuesday, our first meal away from the hotel on Wednesday night resulted in us having extreme food poisoning the remainder of the trip. (We did not drink the water or brush our teeth with the water either. We ONLY used water bottles) we are still having issues unfortunately🫩

Literally has been exhausting, emotionally taxing. The good thing is it was a medical retreat so there was staff on site, and they did give us multiple treatments to try to help us through it. At the same time- the anxiety of receiving shots and IV and medications in a different country is so real.

Tomorrow we will be seeing our DRs in the US to hopefully get us back to 100%🥹 we are so happy to be back. I did find relief that my wife and I had each other through the whole trip.

Please give us some time to recoup and recover.🙏🏼 I will be working but may be slower for the next few days.
