For a long time I thought improving my health meant adding more.
But what actually made the biggest difference wasn’t adding… it was simplifying.
Paying attention to how I start my day. Creating a rhythm that supports my body instead of overwhelming it. Focusing on a few foundational habits and staying consistent with them.
There’s something powerful about slow, intentional mornings. Waking your body up gently. Getting light, hydration, and quiet before the day gets busy. Supporting your system in a way that feels sustainable—and not forced.
It doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective, friends. In fact, the simpler it became, the better I started to feel. Seems so backwards in our bio-hacking world, right?
If you’ve been feeling like your routine is all over the place and you want something that actually works long-term, comment “HEALTH” and I’ll share what’s been working for me!

Your Health Is Worth Paying Attention To
You take care of a lot of people and a lot of things.
💫But your health matters too.
💫You are worth the time.
💫You are worth the attention.
💫You are worth the effort.
💫Sometimes taking care of yourself is the smartest thing you can do.
Do you make your health a priority, or put it last?

Lyle is a husband.
A father.
A grandpa.
And he works the overnight shift.
If you’ve ever worked nights, you know…
It takes a toll on your body.
On your mind.
On your spirit.
Sleep cycles are off.
Hormones get disrupted.
Inflammation creeps in quietly.
He didn’t feel terrible.
He just thought he was tired.
When he tested, his Omega Ratio came back at 54:1.
That’s severe imbalance.
You can power through life.
You can show up for your family.
You can keep grinding.
And still be inflamed at the cellular level.
He didn’t guess.
He didn’t blame his age.
He tested.
120 days later…
4.8:1
From severely imbalanced to balanced.
Not magic.
Not hype.
Just measurable cellular support and consistency.
Night shift didn’t change.
Life didn’t slow down.
But his internal environment did.
If you work nights…
If you’re constantly tired…
If you think “this is just how it is”…
Maybe it’s not.
Test. Don’t guess.
Comment BALANCE and I’ll send you the details. 💙

Catherine did everything “right.”
For an entire year.
Mackerel for breakfast.
Sardines and olives for snacks.
Strict keto.
No cheating.
Literally fighting for her life.
When her first test came back at 2.7:1, she thought:
“I’m balanced. I did it.”
But when she looked deeper…
Her Arachidonic Acid index was 12.7.
That’s a marker tied to inflammatory signaling in the body.
Balanced at first glance.
Not balanced beneath the surface.
So she didn’t guess.
She tested.
She adjusted.
She supported her cells intentionally.
90 days later:
1:1 ratio.
AA reduced to 10.2.
No fad.
No hype.
No guessing.
Measured. Not assumed.
This is why I say weight loss, keto, clean eating, fish… none of it guarantees cellular balance.
You don’t know.
Until you test.
If you’re doing everything “right” and still wondering what’s happening beneath the surface…
Comment “TEST” and I’ll show you how to see your real numbers.
Test. Balance. Retest. 💙

Why is it so important for children to take an omega-3?
I asked ChatGPT and here’s the answer.
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats that play a big role in a child’s brain, eyes, and overall development. The most important types are DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
Here’s how omega-3 can help children:
1. Brain development and learning
• DHA is a major structural component of the brain
• Supports:
• Memory
• Focus and attention
• Problem-solving skills
• Some studies show omega-3 may help children with attention issues, including ADHD symptoms (though it’s not a cure).
2. Eye health
• DHA is critical for retina development
• Supports healthy vision, especially in younger children whose eyes are still developing
3. Mood and behavior
• Omega-3 helps regulate neurotransmitters in the brain
• May help with:
• Emotional regulation
• Reduced irritability
• Better overall mood
4. Heart and general health
• Supports healthy:
• Heart function
• Blood vessels
• Immune system
• Helps reduce inflammation in the body
5. Possible support for sleep
• Some research suggests omega-3 may help improve sleep quality in children, which helps brain development and behavior
⸻
Which kids benefit most?
Omega-3 can be especially helpful for children who:
• Don’t eat fish regularly
• Have attention or focus difficulties
• Have learning challenges
• Have mood swings or irritability
• Are picky eaters
You no longer have to guess if they need it... you can TEST and make decisions with confidence :)
Omegas matter‼️
