One of our favorite ways to start the morning is walking, talking and sipping good coffee with like-minded folks.
We host monthly walks because we’ve seen firsthand the benefits of spending time outside with others.
If you’re looking for a year-round walking group, you should join us for a Walk & Talk on Sunday, July 26th at 9am from Scout Cafe. Walkers receive a free drip coffee when they register.
This is a free event but optional community support tickets help cover the time, planning, and care it takes to keep gatherings like this available to all. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds, and your support is deeply appreciated.

You can practice yoga with Lindsay at at 9am on July 25th, Aug 1st, Aug 15th & Aug 29th. This is a beginner-friendly, slow flow class. Just bring a yoga mat, water and a towel.
