Meet Keenan, our Regional Guest Services Coach!

Keenan oversees our Guest Services team at our Institute in Grand Rapids & also the Salon!

Keenan has been with Douglas J for 7 years!

FUN FACT - Keenan did go through the Douglas J Cosmetology Program & is licensed!

Keenan loves what he does because he enjoys making personal connections with guests & staff. He also enjoys spreading kindness in any way he can! He loves getting to see the power in a simple haircut and loves to see the beautiful creations our stylists create.

When Keenan is not at the salon/institute, he enjoys the sun & being around water☀️🌊, hanging out with his cat🐈, being around friends and family, and traveling to places he’s never been✈️

Keenan is a 50/50 mix of sweet and savory. His favorite dish is shrimp alfredo🍤! His favorite drinks are fruity flavored water & Dr. Pepper🥤!
