My Vanilla Extracts are 100% pure using just the best grade A organic vanilla beans from Indonesia. I use premium v0dka and no added sugar. This item is shelf stable.

My vanilla is steeped for one year before straining into individual bottles to sell. The longer it sits the better. I have left part of a fresh vanilla bean inside each bottle you buy. Because of doing this you will be seeing some little black specs that are so tiny that they sneak through the strainer. These are the seeds from the vanilla beans. We call this the (caviar) in the purest form. They add a super nice visual appeal to things like ice cream and other baked goods. When you think about it, vanilla bean ice-cream would be pretty boring without seeing those little black specks wouldn't you agree??
