Terms and Conditions

Appointment Bookings
I advise booking 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, especially Fridays and Saturdays.
Appointments are required but are always available in advance for clients.
A $10.00 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid to secure your booking, otherwise your booking will not be confirmed.
Please advise of any time restrictions so that they can be accounted for.
The remaining amount can be paid via the invoice online or cash on the day of your appointment.

Changes
If the service/s are decreased Beauty by Shannon Thonise will charge the original price to cover the loss of other bookings that were turned away for the same date.

Rescheduling Appointments
I understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. I kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice via text/call if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling will be dependant on my availability
This does not apply to group bookings – please refer below.
‘No shows’, including vouchers and prepaid appointments, will be liable for the full price of the missed appointment.

Refunds
I commit to having enough time to serve you, that affects how many clients I take on. For that reason I don't offer refunds.

Cancellations
Once a deposit has been made, we do not under any circumstances refund existing booking amounts or part thereof for change of mind or cancellations.

What if I am late?
If you believe you will be late for an appointment, it is imperative that you inform me ahead of time of any delays that may occur. This will allow me to determine if I am still able to accommodate your appointment or whether I'm required to cancel/reschedule as a result of delays.
If you are late for an appointment and/or an appointment exceeds the scheduled time that I have allowed as a result of delays, an additional fee of $15 at 15 minute increments will be charged on top of the total cost of your service/s.
In the event that you are significantly late and I do not have sufficient time to complete the service/s before my next scheduled appointment, you will be liable for the full cost of the service/s.

Public Holidays
All bookings made on a Public Holiday weekend will incur a 10% surcharge

Additional Fees
Early morning starts at 7am or earlier will incur a $40 fee.
Additional parking charges will apply if parking is not easily available.
Travel Charges will be added
Public Holiday surcharge

Group Bookings
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required in order to secure your preferred date and time.
The balance is to be paid online seven days prior to the date of the booking.
Every effort will be taken to accommodate any changes you need to make within reason, however please be aware some changes may incur additional charges.
If the numbers of the bookings are decreased before the appointment date, Beauty by Shannon Thonise will charge the original price to cover the loss of other bookings turned away for the same date.

Privacy Act
Your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and any other personal information that we hold is for the sole use of Beauty by Shannon Thonise. This information will not be sold or rented to any third party.

Rights Reserved
Beauty by Shannon Thonise reserves the right to cancel any booking, and provide email notification of doing so, when a booking is in breach of these terms and conditions.
