🤦‍♀️ Been there??? Yep -- me too. How's that working for ya?!?!

Intermittent Fasting is where it's at! Shut DOWN the kitchen at 8 (or 2 hours before bed time) go relax take time for yourself and allow your body the time it needs to properly digest its fuel source.

Then 16 hours later 😶 (noon) pick that fork back up and consume your healthy calories in an 8 hour period.

Why? Resets bodys clock to:
▪️promote fat loss
▪️ fight cancer and lower insulin levels
▪️stimulate brain and heart health

Don't think you can deal? Drink lots of water- your body will THANK YOU for it ❤

Need to lose some fast ?!? It IS Do-able and when done nutritiously - recommended. Maybe you have a special event coming up 👰 and wanna look your best. Or partied hard and 🏝vacationed harder. or Like me, said YES to social occassions 🍻 and drive- thru lifestyle longer than expected.

I was worried about doing this "at the right time" 🗓 with so much summer stuff happening. And never knowing when that is -
H-E-L-L-O needing a rubber band for my pants button 🤐 (cough cough Embarrass) - It was Time to Do something. I finally tried the 3day my friend kept telling me about and GLAD I did cuz I feel a HECK of alot better!! 🤩

I was extremely surprised how much energy 🦸‍♀️ I had to push through 12.5 Crazy work hrs on Day 2 then 15 hrs on Day 3 (full time then part time gig). Pretty sure not fueling my body with drive through Penzoil 🍔🌮 helped. I didn't notice hunger pains even though I wasnt able to stick to schedule completely but did maintain only the Shakes provided, teas, some coffee (black), fruit and veggies. 🍵☕🥦🍉

Wonderful way to SHOCK my system and get back on the healthy Bus!! Probably need to treat my body to this every few months.

7️⃣.5️⃣lbs down in 3 days sure made this girl happy!! Drop a comment or shoot me DM if you're interested in info! 🎲

Happy Healthy Independence Day!!

Daily Dense nutrition, especially on social days like today. Getting loads of nutrition in 1 glass before heading to places with hoards of food temptation. Fills me up and keeps me feeling guiltless. Cheers!

Fearless Friday - I had to GET REAL with myself. I have a terrible stress eating habit and I won't buy certain foods (chips, other carbs) for my son because I have the bad habit. Other than they aren't okay for you, I shouldn't deny him the priviledge of Goodies now and then because I couldn't control my eating. Then I'd feel TERRIBLE after for gorging on crap.

Drill in, conquer the mind. Find positive substitutes -- journaling, music, meditation, cleaning, things you've wanted to try. Something that doesn't keep you complaining about the stressful or negative situation fueling the fire. And DRINK WATER 😉
