Choose a shade with a brown to tan background when looking to neutralize but still maintain a natural end result.
Drop down to a level 6 if you’re looking for a true cool result. If this is darker than what you’re looking for then try to lift up a level 8 so that you can tone down to a level 7.
And remember, you can also customize by mixing some of these shades together!😉

Would you believe me if I told you that I only use 09V…
a few times a year!
That’s right… the number 1 selling shade by is not my go to!
It’s not because I don’t love it (I do) but I get bored way too easily and love changing things up.
I love trying all the different options in Shades Eq and will often challenge myself by pretending my favourites don’t exist. This helps me grow because it helps me to have a better understanding of color and what each shade can provide.
So what is my go to….

Tips on how to maintain your blonde in summer👇🏼
❕Summer is already drying on the hair so take a break from heat styling when you can.
❕To prevent your hair from getting dry, treat your hair with a moisturizing mask once a week.
❕Alternate your moisturizing mask with a strengthening one to keep those blonde locks healthy.
❕Keep your hair out of the chlorine! The chemicals will ruin your summer color.
❕If you have too many white claws and end up getting your hair wet in the salt water or chlorine, it’s ok… just make sure to use detox shampoo to clarify.
👆🏼If your hair is still green (from the chlorine) or feeling icky, try booking a clarifying treatment at the salon.
❕Book a toner appointment at the end of summer to refresh your color because it will probably be faxed after all those days in the sun.
❕Don’t tie it up too tight (especially when it’s wet). Try a LOOP scrunchie instead!👱🏼♀️
