I'm not gonna lie...this year dragged my mental health through the mud in many ways l wasn't ready for...lt felt like every time l caught my breath,life threw something else at me..

I had days where l was strong and days where l was barely holding on...But guess what....l'm still here🙎‍♀️🙎‍♀️bruised a little,tired a lot but still fighting..

This year tested me harder than anything but it also showed me that l'm tougher than l thought...

Goodbye 2025..😭😭you almost broke me..You took more than l expected and taught me lessons through pain💔💔l lost people,pieces of myself and the comfort of who l used to be...

But in 2026,l will rise differently,stronger from what tried to destroy me...l will keep my head high and l will make sure that l rise above all storms l come across..

This is my message to you all my well wishers come 2026,l,m saying to you"Burn if you must...but rise from the dust uphinde uzivuthulule "💪🫶🫶❤️❤️..
