3. Courier fees range from R60 to R140, depending on item quantity, delivery duration, and preferred courier service.
4. Payments are only accepted through the provided Capitec account; cash send or other payment methods are not permitted.
5. For clients using alternative banks, immediate payment is required; otherwise, orders will be processed upon payment reflection.
6. To place an order, screenshot the desired items, complete payment, and send proof of payment along with the item screenshot, awaiting confirmation.
7. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days; any delays will be communicated.
8. Refunds are not available; exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
