I am proud of myself, I can now limit myself from watching and spending all-day on netflix. I used to have a problem if I open netflix I will bingewatch that the only time I get up is to go to the toilet. I wouldn't even talk to my husband, I will be glued on my phone. It might not be much but I'm proud of myself for choosing regulating myself and know when and how much time I can spend to myself and make time for the people I love.
