Cucumbers have long been a staple in the world of natural beauty. You’ve likely heard that cutting up cold slices and placing them on your eyes can reduce puffiness. There’s a very good reason for this. Cucumber Oil contains about 14-20% oleic acid and 60-68% linoleic acid, making it a deep moisturizer and hydrator.

That significant percentage of oleic acid and linoleic acid is effective at soothing dry, damaged skin and hair, nourishing it and adding softness and luster.

My favorite thing about this platform is being able to learn but also share information. I want to share one of the most important podcasts I’ve listened to in a long time by Bruce Lipton. He is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. He is also a renowned Stem cell biologist . I am an enormous fan of his work and this podcasts so beautifully discusses the current situation we are all living in. {attached link in my bio} he discusses epigentics, the immune system and consciousness. Human behaviour is precipitating the 6th mass extinction. We are not living in Harmony and this Corona virus is purely a symptom of this. Epigentics and the link between our consciousness , health and environment is one of the most fascinating things to me. If 2000 year old cultures knew this before we did, it’s time we better get on the boat. Humanity and nature are one large organism and inorder to survive we need to work in symbiosis and end this competition. Competition for power, money and loss of community.
