When last have you looked in the mirror and thanked yourself for all that you do and who you are? When last have you told yourself that you love yourself and appreciate yourself?

The love we have to give is not only reserved for others. When we keep on giving (withour perhaps receiving) we will run dry. Our first port of call should always be to pour into our own cup before we pour into the cups of others, that way we will never run on empty.
