That is the mantra I grew up with, that my parents instilled in my siblings and I… it is the energy we were constantly surrounded with, to love all and serve all of human kind… it’s the essence of Be Kind.

As we conclude women’s month,we also mark the 2nd anniversary of ✨

I used to tell myself, I’m just a dentist, who’s going to take me serious when I say I want to change the world, that I’m here to do good, to share, to have an impact, to make a difference in the lives of those who need it the most… but today I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to be anything to be kind ❤️
