This picture captures something most people miss about success… read on !

I had just come out of the Big Brother house as the runner-up, after 3 months!

The first thing I did was call my sister.

Look at that smile.

You would think I had won the whole thing.

But that has always been my attitude:

I win or I win.

If I get the trophy, I win.

If I get the lesson, I win.

If I get the experience, I win.

If I discover what I’m capable of, I win.

Life has taught me that not every victory comes with a title, a cheque, or a crown. Some victories come disguised as growth, resilience, exposure, relationships, and opportunities you couldn’t have imagined before the journey began.

That smile wasn’t the smile of someone who came second.

It was the smile of someone who understood that she had already won.

The scoreboard doesn’t always determine the winner. Your perspective does.

Ps the winner only takes it all if you allow it !

We all know that woman who is both mother and father to her children.

The woman who works tirelessly to make sure her children never feel the absence of their father.
The woman who shows up every day, carrying the weight of two parents with courage, sacrifice, and grace.

She attends the meetings, pays the bills, dries the tears, celebrates the victories, and somehow still finds the strength to keep going.

To that woman today, we say:

Happy Father’s Day. ❤️

We love you.
We see you.
We appreciate you.

Thank you for being the safe place, the provider, the protector, and the unwavering source of love your children can always count on.

We all know a Jonas Gomora.

The man who is always chasing the next woman.
The man who mistakes conquest for connection.
The man who leaves a trail of broken hearts, broken homes, and broken promises

After watching The Polygamist, one thing became clear to me:

Polygamy is often glorified s*x addiction wrapped in culture, ego, or tradition.

When a man constantly needs new women to feel validated, that isn’t leadership, love, or masculinity.

It’s appetite.

And an appetite that is never satisfied eventually consumes everyone around it.

The women lose peace.
The children lose stability.
And the man loses himself eventually…

We all know a Jonas.

The question is:
How long do women keep mistaking a man’s lack of self-control for love?

📍The Boots Theory …. SOMETIMES THE MOST EXPENSIVE THING YOU CAN BUY IS THE CHEAP VERSION!!! Let that marinate

A person who can only afford cheap boots may replace them five times.
A person who can afford quality boots buys them once.

The lesson isn’t just about boots.

It’s about money, about relationships, health and habits.

Many of us are focused on getting more when the real lesson is learning to manage what we already have.

More money won’t help if we can’t steward the money we currently have.
More opportunities won’t help if we don’t maximize the opportunities already in front of us.
More resources won’t help if we don’t know how to care for the resources we’ve been given.

Wealth creation is not only about acquisition.
It’s also about stewardship.

📍 HOT SCULPT with the adorable Adora ♥️

You must figure out people’s self-concept.

Not their confidence.
Not their goals.
Not even what they say they want.

Figure out how they truly feel about themselves.

Because how people feel about themselves determines how they treat everything they associate with themselves.

Their body.
Their money.
Their relationships.
Their business.
Their health.
Their environment.

A person who believes they are valuable behaves differently from someone who believes they are not.

That’s why transformation is rarely about strategy.

It’s about identity.

Your life will always rise or fall to the level of your self-concept

Dr. Elisa Port writes about how aggressive and challenging triple-negative breast cancer can be, particularly for Black women. The statistics matter. The research matters. But sometimes, what a newly diagnosed woman needs most is not another statistic—it’s a survivor.

Nine years ago, I was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer. It was described as rare. It was described as aggressive. Yet here I am, nine years later, alive, thriving, and grateful.

Never let a statistic become your destiny. Statistics tell us what happened to groups of people. They do not tell us what is possible for you.

If you’re currently walking this journey, borrow my belief until you find your own: survival is possible. Healing is possible. Hope is possible.”
