Qualities:
• Passionate, professional, good communication skills and retail skills;
• Flexible working hours
• Reliable and responsible
• Great product and treatment knowledge
• At least 2 years Hotel / Spa experience
• Excellent communication Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Confident, professional and presentable.
• Required languages: Setswana and English

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of facial and body treatments including facials, manicures & pedicures, massages and waxes
• Promote and grow the retail and treatment sales
• Be familiar with the stock and cleanliness standards
• Assist in stock takes and admin of client records, indemnity forms, payments and follow up bookings
• Keep up to date with trends and the competition
• Customer service

Additions Information
Additional qualifications and skills, such as in sports massage, shiatsu, myofascial release or pregnancy massage, will be regarded favourably.
