Remember that every step you take, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goals.

When the path seems tough and obstacles appear insurmountable, remind yourself of your strength and resilience. You've overcome challenges before, and you can do it again.

Keep pushing forward, believe in your abilities, and don't forget to celebrate your progress along the way. Your determination and effort will pay off, and you'll emerge stronger and more accomplished.

Let God have all of your messy parts. You can’t be too unclean to make Jesus dirty. God gives you his dignity instead of taking it from you!

If you want to go far in life learn to accept situations no matter what .

When God said in Romans 8:28 that he is “working all things together for your good" he meant that. You have permission to rest during the storm. He’s already working on your behalf. 🤍

Have you ever stopped to think about the power you give to whatever you believe? It's true.

There was a six year period in my life when weight dominated my thoughts. Lies I had been told about my body at 15 grew into a stronghold of tyranny. Every day there was a constant conversation of correction and comparison in my mind—I had also developed an eating disorder during college.

What is your tyrant? What lies have been planted in your thoughts? I want to radically interrupt your torment by saying freedom is possible. What I learned is lies can only be broken with TRUTH. And Truth is not a what, but a WHO.

Jesus is the ONLY way to escape the prisons we create for ourselves.

⭐ He calls you by your true name, His daughter. (Romans 8:15)

⭐ He declares your past is NOT your future. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

⭐ He removes every shame and accusation spoken over you, by others and by yourself. (Isaiah 54:4)

You too can be FREE from the bo***ge of any tyrant that holds you captive—whether it's a lie you've believed about your appearance, fear, pride, unbelief, disobedience, addiction, or something else. I hope you will choose today to submit to His thoughts of love for you and walk in freedom! 💞
