Sometimes God will challenge our intelligence. He will often lead us to places that we really think we shouldn't go to. We will often apply our academic credentials, and say because of that Degree I obtained, this direction is useless. Our God is all knowing and so dear brothers and sisters reading this, trust God when he lays out a path for you. Remember Jeremiah 29 vs 11. His plans for are good.

I just thought of a Biblical story that really reflects trusting God. So in Luke 5 vs 4-6, Simon is explaining to Jesus how they couldn't catch fish no matter how many times they tried. Now get this, these were established fishermen, they knew where to cast the net if they wanted fish, they had experience. But Jesus came and told them to let down their nets and cast the net in a different direction, I'm sure they were shocked. Remember they had been working at it night and day. Now because they trusted Jesus, they followed his command. And voila! They caught fish. The lesson here for me is trust. Specifically trusting God.

Ladies, no man "uses you" without your permission. So next time you feel used, ask yourself why you allowed it.
