On second thought let me post my plate so that i help someoneπ ,
I had black tea with one teaspoon of sugar
1cucumber
3 eggs
1 piece of chicken
1/100 days done
Mine was a success,1/100
Will post my plate tomorrow π

These 3 are my best apps i keep for tracking my progress.
BMI : application is the one i use to track my progress and assess my weightloss
1st it assesses your weight and your age and height then suggest for you if you are in good shape or you are obese and make informed decision about exercise and weightloss
Intermittent application: i use it to calculate for me when im able to have my next meal π and the changes that will be taking place in my body
Fat secret: is for calculating the nutritional content in any meal i will be taking so that i do not eat a lot than what i am expected of .

This is cucumber diet for other who would want to jump start their weightloss journey ,its not sustainable its just for getting your body ready for the 100days OMAD
For me to start it with a bang i will be Combining it with egg diet for 14 days then i will continue with omad everything will be posted here for the benefit of others π
