Dynamic and integrated glute training improves much more than muscle activation.
It challenges coordination, pelvic control, rotation, and force transfer across the entire system.
But integration alone isn’t enough!
➡️ The body only moves efficiently if each link is strong enough to handle load ⬅️
🔑🧠Train movement through strength, not instead of it!
Good thoracic mobility improves movement efficiency, rotation capacity, force transfer, and power production
… BUT the thoracic spine is not supposed to be only “mobile.”
It needs to be mobile and strong enough to control that range dynamically
