Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled All Rounder Beautician to join the team at our ladies’ salon in Abu Dhabi. A professional who takes pride in producing cutting-edge finishes, a good communicator with excellent customer service skills and with a significant customer base.

You need to possess high levels of skills in:

1. All types of nail extensions (Acrylic, hard gel, acrygel, dipping powder)

2. Cleaning, cutting and shaping nails.

3. Gel polish application.

4. Classic manicure and pedicure.

5. Threading, Facial and waxing.

We are keen to further grow the salon with creative and passionate All Rounder Beautician who will contribute to its success and grow with the brand.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Provide services to guests such as different nail shapes, nail art, cuticles cutting, nail extensions.

· Maintain a consistent personalized relationship with your client base in order to ensure repeat business.

· Proactively develop new clients.

· Be punctual, responsible and value our guests’ time.

· Maintain scheduled appointment calendar of our guests and ensure they are served in a timely manner.

· Promote and sell salon related products.

· Maintain tools, equipment and work station as per company sanitization standards.

Qualifications and Skills

· Candidate should be able to do all of the nail services.

· Good communication skills; able to understand guests, have the ability to explain recommendations/styles clearly to guests

· You must have a positive attitude, pleasant personality, charismatic and have a captivating charm

· The candidate must be creative, target oriented, energetic and self-motivated.

· Reliable and a friendly team player.

· Knowledge of maintaining standards of hygiene and sterilization within the salon

· You must be open minded and be willing to learn new skills

· Be confident in up selling services and retail products for home care

· Experience in UAE with an existing client base is an added advantage
