IMPOSTER SYNDROME AMONG STARTUP FOUNDERS ⬇️

We speak to many founders on a daily basis, many are super confident about what they are building and their vision, but with a little dive to start unpacking the truth that lies below, it is clear that many suffer from imposter syndrome.

How does this feel:
➡️feeling that you are way outside of your comfort zone
➡️feeling you are out of your league
➡️feeling like you don't have the required experience or knowledge

Listening to outside opinions can sometimes have this effect on us, as can all the toxic positivity that we read on social media.

But none of these feelings are evidence that you are in the wrong place and you should run. They are signs of:
⭐️ you're making progress
⭐️ you're pushing your limits
⭐️proof that you are in exactly the place you should be, pushing outside of your comfort zone.

This uncomfortable feeling needs to be embraced and you need to remind yourself of your mission and core values.

Imagine being in a situation where you don't have this feeling.

The route to happiness is all about how we perceive events.

Ff you perceive events as =/> to your expectations, you're happy—or at least not unhappy.

But perception is tough, take a look at the board, "A" and "B". Is one darker than the other? What you perceive at first glance is not necessarily the reality and truth.

We are all influenced by outside factors that we believe are our route to happiness, social media and advertising are full of toxic positivity, a momentary glimpse into a false reality.

We are all in charge of our own happiness.

When an event happens the pi**es you off, reposition it and ask yourself:
1. Is what I perceive actually true?
2. Is there something I can do about it?
3. Commit to accepting things that you cannot change and move forward with positivity
