Please note, when booking on Fresha, the contact details you provide will be used if we need to amend or cancel your appointment.
We have had an unfortunate case today where a client booked in on Fresha and we weren't able to fulfil her appointment, it had somehow allowed her to double book a time slot! We called, text, sent a cancellation on Fresha and called a further two times then sent a WhatsApp, all 39hrs before her booked appointment. The lady turned up at the salon as she hadn't checked her phone and was very upset and rude when we explained. I'd offered her alternative appointment times via all communication methods but had received no response at all. In this instance there is nothing I can do; we ask for contact details for this exact reason. I am one person and sometimes I am unable to fit you all in, I will always try to reschedule myself to get everyone in, but please know, I have a life outside of the salon too, and sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day!
