Here is one variation of the Door-frame Stretch! 🚪

This stretch can pull into the forearm, bicep, front delt, anterior shoulder compartment and pec muscles on the chest. 💪🏻

It is great for anybody suffering with shoulder pain, tingling in the hands and arms, or if you spend a long time at a desk or looking at screens. 🧑🏾‍💻

To Perform:
- Grab a door frame
- Walk through it and straighten your arm
- Rotate your elbow to find the best stretch
- Push your shoulder / chest forwards or up to also find your stretch
The height of your hand and angle of your arm will also modify the stretch area.
