Do you notice your returns?
After outings, you return back home. After speaking, you return back to silenceAfter doing, you return to rest/stillness. In suffering. you want to return back to happiness.After chaos, to peace.
There exists space where you yearn to return back to. And you can. Because this space is ever-present, Eternal : The space of Silence. Peace. Happiness. These are within. Every thing is else is Echo, Temporary.
When troubled, be still, slower your breaths and with intention, connect to that space inside of you.
