In the superficial fascia, just beneath the skin, we hear the body’s first whispers, a sensitive and living layer where emotions and internal states reveal themselves before pain. It is the boundary between the visible and the sensible, between touch and listening.

In my assessment method, touch is presence. It is listening. It is a silent language that reveals what the mind has not yet named.

I don’t correct, I listen.

I don’t impose, I reveal.

The fascia holds history, affections, and possibilities.

By touching it with presence, we open pathways for the body to reorganize, express itself, and heal.
