Chasing the sun ☀️
Finding balance as the sun sets, grounded, yet upside down. In Ayurveda, this is the time to soften and release, but also to reconnect with our center.
In stillness, even in a headstand, there is surrender. In strength, there is calm.
As the sun goes down, I find my balance within ✨

Today, I chose to take care of my healing.
Some people cook,
some people paint…
I move, I breathe, I create.
