1. Avoid sun exposure & tanning (1–2 weeks before)
Keep your skin calm—sunburn or sensitivity can affect pigment retention.
2. Stop active skincare products
Avoid retinol, AHA/BHA acids, and Vitamin A near the brow area at least 2–4 weeks prior to prevent skin thinning or irritation.
3. No facials, peels, or skin treatments
Skip chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments at least 2–4 weeks before.
4. Avoid waxing, threading, or tinting brows
Let your brows grow naturally at least 1 week before so the artist can shape them properly.
5. Stay away from Botox or fillers
Avoid treatments around the brow area for at least 2–3 weeks before your session.
6. Avoid alcohol & caffeine (24–48 hours before)
