Being 45 means tight, dehydrated skin has become one of the main things I deal with now, especially in the mornings. I’ve had to change my skincare quite a bit in my 40s and focus more on what helps my skin feel supported, plump, and less reactive throughout the day…so here’s my hydrating routine ✨

If there’s one thing that can instantly make the under-eye area look worse, it’s the wrong powder. In my 40s, I can’t use anything too dry, too heavy, or too flat under there anymore. The right powder should set concealer without making the area look older five minutes later!✨

This is probably one of the most personal things I’ve written on my substack in a while.
I wrote this because there’s the version of Dubai I wish more people talked about. People love to judge from the outside, but the only ones who can tell you what it’s really about are the ones on the inside.
It’s a Dubai built on community, safety, ambition, belonging, and the kind of life so many of us have created here.

You’re going to want to save this post! ✨ I’ve tried all of these hair fall, hair thinning & shedding products! Some are better for mild hair fall and some better for advanced hair fall. I’ve realized a combination of products work best for me. Hair fall can be such a horrible situation to deal with, but with the right products you can get back to healthy hair regrowth 💛 Do you have any recommendations?👇🏽
