Are you in a job that you kinda hate? One that you don’t enjoy that much, with long hours that keep you away from your family and the money is nowhere near what you would like it to be?

As I see it you have 3 three options. First, you could look for another job, work on your CV, send out applications, go through the interview and selection process to perhaps find another employer offering a similar package and more likely expecting the same kind of work for the same return. Second, you could do absolutely nothing, stay where you are and accept your current circumstance are as good as it gets and just put up with it. Or third, you could ask about what it is we do, give it a try, work it alongside what you’re doing right now and see how far you go.
